Sandrine worked directly with founders, venture-backed CEOs, and boards to design agile talent strategies that aligned with aggressive growth goals. The firm developed a curated, high-touch vetting process that combined modern sourcing techniques with deep candidate insight – enabling consistently fast and precise placements. Over the course of her tenure, Talentstream supported hundreds of successful hires, earning a reputation as a firm that always delivers. Originally from Northern Virginia and a Brandeis University alum, Sandrine lives in Woodside, California, and is the proud mother of four grown children.
